Affiliate storefront terms
Plain English, and short on purpose. These are the rules the system actually applies to your storefront — not a wish list.

What you get, and what it costs
- $100 to open. That covers setup and your first month of hosting.
- Monthly hosting after that, billed by invoice: $19.99 Storefront, $49.99 Reseller, $149.99 Franchise.
- A custom domain is +$5/month on Storefront and Reseller, and included on Franchise.
- Changing plan is a request, not a switch — we confirm plan changes by hand, usually the same day.
Who does what
BBA owns the product, the payment processing, and the customer relationship. You own the brand on the front and the pricing.
- You set your markup on drop-shipped items, and your own price on stock you have bought.
- You never set shipping. Every order is charged BBA's standard US rate. You can choose how much of that cost to fold into your listed prices instead, which changes what the buyer sees, not what you are paid.
- Product identity — what a thing is, what is in it, what its COA says — is always BBA's. You cannot rename, re-label, or re-describe a product.
How you are paid
- Earnings settle when an order ships, not when it is placed.
- The first $200 you earn builds a reserve against refunds and chargebacks. It is yours; it is just held.
- Until that reserve is funded, earnings clear after 14 days on Storefront, 7 on Reseller, and immediately on Franchise. Once it is funded, the hold is gone.
- Per-order fees: $5 / $3 / $0 by plan when you ship an order yourself, and $8 / $6 / $0 when we pick, pack and ship it for you.
What you may not sell it as
Everything BBA sells is for laboratory research use only. It is not a medicine, not a supplement, and not for human or animal consumption. Your storefront has to say the same thing ours does.
No human-use marketing, anywhere on your storefront or in how you promote it. That means no dosing instructions, no weight-loss or body-composition claims, no before-and-afters, no treatment or therapeutic claims, no comparisons to prescription medicines, and nothing that implies a person is meant to take it.
This is the one rule with no warning attached. A storefront marketed for human use is disabled, and the setup fee is not refunded.
You are also responsible for your own compliance with the law where you and your buyers are. Selling anything through your storefront that BBA does not supply is not permitted.
Stock you buy and we hold
You can buy kits and leave them with us. We store those vials under your name and ship them to your buyers as they sell, for the per-order fee above. While your storefront is open and in good standing, that stock is yours.
If your storefront is closed for cause or you close it yourself, stock we are holding is not returned and not refunded. Please do not fund a bin larger than you intend to sell through.
Two things that are not the same as closing, and do not cost you stock:
- Paused — your storefront stops serving, your stock stays yours, and both come back when it resumes.
- Behind on hosting — after 14 days past due a storefront stops serving. Your stock is frozen, not taken, and selling resumes when the invoice is paid.
If a product you have funded runs out, your listing keeps selling — we fill those orders from BBA's own stock at your markup instead, which earns you less per sale than your own stock does. Your dashboard says so plainly whenever that is happening.
Honesty about your listings
When you list stock as on hand, we take you at your word and your buyers pay for it immediately. If you sell what you cannot ship, that is your buyer and your problem to fix — and repeatedly doing it is grounds for closing the storefront.
Ending it
- You can stop at any time by cancelling your hosting. Earnings already settled are still paid out.
- We can close a storefront for the reasons above.
- The $100 setup fee is not refundable once your storefront has been provisioned.
